At Mad Man Moody’s Collectibles, each item is carefully curated, our inventory is very limited, and produced or sourced in limited quantities. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Product descriptions and photos are provided to show exact condition and details
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all information before purchasing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take pride in packaging your collectibles securely, but if something goes wrong:

If your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Please include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box
We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement if possible, store credit, or other solution depending on availability)

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the item has shipped
