Returns & Final Sale Policy
At Mad Man Moody’s Collectibles, each item is carefully curated, our inventory is very limited, and produced or sourced in limited quantities. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please Read Before Purchasing
- Many items are limited-run, custom, or pre-owned collectibles
- Product descriptions and photos are provided to show exact condition and details
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review all information before purchasing
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take pride in packaging your collectibles securely, but if something goes wrong:
- If your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Please include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box
- We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement if possible, store credit, or other solution depending on availability)
Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the item has shipped
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
Why No Returns?
Most of our items are:
- One-of-one or extremely limited
- Handled collectibles that can lose value if returned
- Sourced with tight margins, making restocking difficult
This policy allows us to continue offering unique, high-quality pieces at fair prices.
